Close to beaches and attractions, large Sun Room, updated kitchen on quiet street and 3 minute drive into town.
The space
2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, large screen porch/hang out/play area, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen , heat and AC, laundry, large back yard, within town limits. Please leave AC on 72, AC is not in the porch area so please keep the sliding door closed, garage area is not available to guests.

The host was very easy to work with. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Check in was rocky, when I confirmed I was told I would get instructions on the day of. Well day of rolls up and all it says is how to work the lock but no number. I work all day and drove 3 hours to get there so not a lot of time to reach out, then get there late so no answer from host so we had to get a hotel. Later to be told we could’ve asked the neighbor, who I’m sure would have loved to be woke up at midnight by strangers trying to get into the house. We heard back from the host an entire TWELVE hours later. Finally get into the VRBO and there was no warm water for showers. WiFi instructions said “on note”, note was no where to be found. At that point whatever we just needed a place to sleep. Half the party left because they were not willing to take a cold shower. Check out instructions said to start dishwasher and then turn off water to the house, does not really make sense but we did it anyways. Hope we do not get a fee for dirty dishes because we were just following instructions.
