About Ariel Dunes I Unit 301:

The open living area is spacious and inviting, featuring a cozy sofa setup, one of which converts to a queen-sized bed for added flexibility. Step through sliding doors onto the balcony directly from the living room to extend your relaxation space. The dining area seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and Keurig allows you to prepare meals with ease. This unit also has a washer and dryer, adding convenience for extended stays.

The primary bedroom includes balcony access, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with access to a full hall bathroom.
