This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Surfside Resort has awesome views of the emerald green water. We have a very open floor plan with a huge balcony that runs the length of the condo and has access from each room.
Our condo is a non-smoking unit and our association prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.

All rooms, except the 3rd bedroom lockout open onto a 28 foot balcony. The 3rd bedroom opens onto private 14ft. balcony. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing.

The huge master bedroom features a new king-size premium memory foam mattress, TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom features a new king-size premium memory foam mattress, large flat screen tv, and full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 new queen memory foam beds, TV, large closet, private full bath, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot.

The living room has a large smart TV, new sleeper sofa, and great views of the ocean. The dining room has seating for six.

The kitchen is well appointed with updated appliances and countertops.

We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

Our condo is a non-smoking unit and our association prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.

Great location! very family friendly, property is clean and well stocked. Julie was excellent and very easy to communicate with. Only downside, if it is one, is that the beach service isn’t reserved and is first come, first serve. Make sure you get to the beach to reserve your set ups by 7 am.

Great location

This condo was excellent in every way. One of our best vacations. The only problem we had was waiting for the security guy to give us parking passes and codes since we arrived after hours. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Was so fun! Great space!! Easy access to beach , pool with lots of amenities!!! Host was very accommodating and even suggested indoor activities when weather was inclement!!!!

Great view of beach. Easy walk to the beach. Close to a lot of great restaurants.

The condo room 308 had everything we needed for our stay. The property owner was quick to respond and offered help on choosing a parasailing company. She was very nice.

Great property! We stayed for 6 nights and we had a 1 year old. It was close to the beach, clean condo, driving distance to restaurants and grocery store. The property manager, Julie, was fabulous to work with and had 5/5 communication the entire stay. Will be booking with her again when we come to Miramar Beach.

Incredible place!

The property is amazing with a beautiful view of the gulf. Julie was phenomenal in getting us all situated and answering a couple questions we had. Collin, one of the beach chair gentlemen was also wonderful to work with! Daughter got married on the beach and if you are looking for a venue, I highly recommend this one!!

Loved this property! Awesome views, very clean, and a kitchen better stocked than mine at home. Only complaint was the listing says sleeps 10 and it only has beds for 8. Property manager, Julie, was awesome even after they transitioned to a new management company. Would definitely come back!

A week getaway

Julie was very kind and responsive. Anytime we had a question she quickly responded with a reply, she is an amazing host. My only negative is there was a dirty sock found in the bedroom and there are only two elevators for at least 14 floors.

Great beach access

Property manager is excellent…very responsive with any questions or issues that come up. Property is as shown. Comfortable beds. Beach service is great. Royal Palm restaurant on first floor is good and convenient…They also have a beach bar connected to the beach access ramp. Gave 4 stars overall because property is dated and neighbors across hallway were loud and had a barking dog.

Short walk to the beach and clean

Our stay was great and relaxing, short walk to the beach. The entire place need updating including the furnitures. Outdoor furniture had rust and was falling apart. One room was hotter than the other the entire stay, not sure why. We had all the sliding doors closed at all times. We had to contact the manager and she was great, quick response and help addressed the AC unit.

Elevators were slow and one didn’t work most of the time. Our unit had air conditioning issues for two days. At one point it was 80 degrees. The owner was very responsive and doing everything she knew to do. The walk down and up the stairs to the beach was awful. Too crowded.

Spacious, but dated

Condo was spacious and bedrooms were laid out well. Furnishings could use a major refresh, including some basic dressers with drawers. It is also frustrating to pay so much for a condo and not have basic supplies such as enough toilet paper for a week, coffee fillers for the coffee maker or any shampoo. These are the basic things that can go a long way in making a renter happy. The property itself is dated, but beach was amazing and a short walk to get there.

Great view, great location

This condo fit our needs perfectly. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more and the view of beach was great! We all loved the pool area and how convenient it was to get to the beach via the walkway bridge or street access. This condo is also walking distance to a really great little coffee shop (which we tried-yum), a winery (with free tastings- sadly didn't get to sample), and an ice cream shop (Winans - super yummy). During busy check in and checkout times we had to wait a while for the elevators, but it's vacation so we were chill about it. Julie communicated well with us prior to our stay providingall info we needed. During our stay, we had a small issue with the fridge ice maker but Julie took care of things right away. She responded to our issue so quickly sending a repairman and followed up afterwards. Even offering to bring us a bag of ice. She responded quickly to any question we had. We will certainly book this condo again.

Spring Break 2024

The place is a great location. It was our first visit to Miramar Beach and it was absolutely beautiful. The rental was plenty spacious. We had 2 couples and 2 teenage girls. The girls got the really big room with the 2 queen beds. They thought they were in paradise!!! We didn’t cook in so I can’t comment on how the kitchen essentials were. Julie was great to communicate with. She responded quickly to questions or concerns that we had. It was also really nice to have 2 chairs and an umbrella as part of the rental. We were also able to bring additional chairs down to our spot. The only complaint is that the second room with the king bed and bathroom unattached, doesn’t cool very well at all. Or was never really hot outside while we were there, yet the room didn’t cool like the rest of the place. So I’m afraid it might be really hot in there during the summer months. Everything else was perfect!!

We love staying at Surfside. The views are always gorgeous! Lower rates because it is directly across from the beach but nothing blocks your views and beach access is easy! Julie is fabulous to work with in reservations. Helpful and we appreciate her following up after check-in.

The Condo was in a great location, well stocked and the furnishings and beds were comfortable. We were able to check in early, however no one was there to give us our parking passes, in fact we never got our parking passes. We had no problems with elevators and the condo was very quiet. It is an older property but was well kept. I would stay there in the future.

Location is perfect

Wonderful weekend getaway. Clean roomy. Comfortable. Wonderful kitchen set up. Anything you may need to cook is in this kitchen !!! Perfect location to beach and tennis courts and pool for teenagers on a family trip to be able to go do there own thing. No complaints!!! Proper management is above a 5 star!!! Will definitely book this one again!!!!
