★ SLEEPING AREAS ★
• Bedroom 1 on the main floor offers a luxurious canopy king size bed fit for royalty with an en suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 on the top floor offers a king size bed with access to a shared full bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 on the top floor providers a queen size bed with access to a shared full bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 on the top floor comes equipped with a twin daybed/trundle with access to a shared full bathroom.
• Bunk room on the lower level features two queen over queen bunks with its own full bathroom.


★ BATHROOMS ★
• Bathroom 1 is an en suite bathroom for the king bedroom on the main floor. It has a sink, toilet, separate shower, and separate tub.
• Bathroom 2 is on the top floor and is shared by 3 bedrooms. It has a sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo.
• Bathroom 3 is on the lower level floor in the bunkroom. It has a sink, toilet, and shower.
• Bathroom 4 is on the main floor. It's a half bath with toilet and sink.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Unfortunately, we are not allowing pets in our chalet.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking inside our chalet or anywhere on the property! Any evidence of smoking of any kind will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and the guests will be asked to leave the property without refund.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ PARKING ★
There is parking for 4-5 vehicles in the paved driveway. Please note that the driveway is on an incline. An AWD/4WD vehicle is recommended during winter months. Although we do try our best to keep the driveway clear of snow/ice, mother nature can be unpredictable. Please let us know if the driveway needs to be cleared of snow or de-iced. Thanks!

★ MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES ★

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage dot com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
• No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
