Enthusiastic traveling nurse with a desire to see the world and a hubby that is excited about life. We’re both from the COLD Midwest and moved to Arizona 4 years ago to fight off the bitter winters. We built our retirement home in the beautiful sun shine state of Arizona and are renting it out for others to enjoy while we’re traveling abroad.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love the location of our home. It’s a new build in 2021 with an amazing and friendly community. The things we love most about our community is that it’s quiet, it’s close to outdoor activities, and the Superstition Mountains are right out our front door.
What makes this property unique
We are very proud of our home. We have an amazing back yard that boasts a heated private pool, a smoker, grill, Blackstone, heaters for the “winter”, a firepit, and misters for when it gets warm outside. The goal of the back yard was to make it as spa like as possible!
