We had such a great experience staying at Franklin Manor in New Orleans! The home was clean, charming, welcoming, and exactly as described.Joseph was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, and we were even lucky enough to meet him in person—he was just as warm and kind as his communication suggested. The check-in and check-out process was flawless, which made everything stress-free from start to finish.Franklin Manor is tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood yet is close to everything we wanted to do while visiting the city. It was the perfect balance of peace and convenience.Highly recommend Franklin Manor to anyone visiting New Orleans. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great choice-very spacious

Safe neighborhood, clean and spacious! The game room was a nice bonus, taught my kids how to play pool. Not as close to the French quarter as some may like but I’d recommend it as the closer you get to the quarter the more congested and unsafe it is. This is a great pick for a large group.

Great location! Host was responsive. The big standout for me was how clean this property was. The decor is dated but I would rate the attention to detailed cleaning a 10/10! I will take that any day!!!
