**Please Note-Unit is for sale. This will not impact any reservations, but there could possibly be a 5 to 10 minute showing during the stay. Guests are allowed to be in the unit or vacate in the realtor will lock up when they leave.**

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
