Incredible waterfront property with expansive views of Lake Livingston. Serene lake views can be seen from all three decks. Game room and plenty of water toys to enjoy. There is something for everyone; fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, nights around the fire. Take a dip at the community pool. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the private boat dock. Relax in the peaceful and quite surroundings and make lasting memories. Located in a gated community. Community boat ramp available.

Hidden Gem

Above expectation. The stay was exactly what the family needed. So relaxing with the lake waves crashing against the deck made for the most peaceful family moment. The house so super clean and so many amenities both inside the main home and even down in the game room. Kids had a blast and demand us returning. Will definitely be returning sooner, maybe another stay in the summer. Thanks Marshall for extending you lovely home, we enjoyed it.

Perfect for families beautiful lake view

The property was quite delightful and just as advertised. Lovely home, clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The Kitchen and all other areas in that home was quite clean. It was too cold for us to use all the lake toys. But we were able to barbecue and spend time by the lovely outdoor the fire pit . The kids played pool in the game room and had quite a bit of fun.We enjoyed the lake view from the porch and by the outdoor fire pit. Thank you Marshall for the snacks and special treats. We love your place very much and will visit again
