Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. Guests can enjoy full access to the downstairs property and all its amenities. Not including the backyard.

✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
✹ Noise Notice:
This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.
✹ Please be advised that:
A local noise ordinance is in effect in Isle of Palms from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.
We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

This unit was one of the nicest ones I’ve stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was lovely and residents friendly. Communication with the management company was always friendly and questions were answered promptly. They were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend renting this property and would again for myself if visiting Charleston
Great stay! Comfortable and well-stocked. Not “walking” close to most things but we knew that and had a car. Only negative, which isn’t the owner’s fault is that the people upstairs were really noisy starting at 3:30 am.
We loved our stay! The check-in process was incredibly easy. The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and available via text. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The location is great. We would stay here again!

Very spacious and neat apartment and well located to King Street and all the shopping and eating and sights there. The rooms were just lovely and the kitchen had everything you need if you wish to stay in. We did not! too many good options nearby to dine. We felt safe. I do wish one of the parking spots could have been utilized for our side since I noted that no one ever parked there. Parking is on street and right in front of the unit so it's fine and people are used to navigating around parked cars in that neighborhood. The houses all around were historic and pretty. It is very safe. We walked to the river about 3 blocks away and around the neighborhood at dusk and night time and plenty of others were doing the same. I'll be saving this place to return! thanks!
The communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. The house looked the same as the picture. It was very clean and had nice amenities. The location is close to all of the tourist spots in Charlotte. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

This apartment is great, it is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very eclectic neighborhood, short walking to the beautiful Hampton Park. It is far from the noise of the city but close drive to the center of the action.The host and staff were very responsive every time I asked a question. This is the place to stay when in Charleston. I do appreciate the hospitality and the hard work done to make this an excellent property.
This property was everything that we expected. It was very clean, the check in process was seamless and the location was great.
We would certainly recommend this property to others.

A convenient quiet getaway in a beautiful neighborhood
It was an exceptional home away from crowds, no constant tripping over tourest here. Located in a beautiful, established neighborhood just a couple of blocks from a large quiet park while also just down the street from some of my favorite restaurants, I could have not been happier with my stay and look forward to when my work gets me back to Charleston. Gladly, this will be my home away from home.

We picked this house based on its location and close proximity to The Citadel as we were in town for my son’s recognition for Gold Stars at The Citadel’s parade. We were able to walk to the campus, and we even strolled around the safe neighborhood with our daughter. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We cook a lot when away from home due to food allergies, and this kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The house was clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very clean, and all amenities were wonderful.
For our stay, only downsides were that construction and/or renovations in the upstairs unit. The noise and disruptions were during daytime hours so mornings was dampened a bit. Of note, the window shades offer no privacy so need to be aware especially in bedrooms and bathrooms that do not have curtains that can be closed.
The property is wonderful otherwise
My friend and I decided to come to Charleston to change up our work from home days a little and explore the city in the evenings. This duplex was spacious and had plenty of room for us to both work comfortably. One thing to note about the property is that it’s a two story duplex with the unit we rented being the bottom unit. There is noise from up above when someone is there. The listing mentions duplex but we assumed it was side by side. The property was clean and cozy and equipped with everything you would need. Great location in a cute, quiet neighborhood.
This home was perfect for our stay in Charleston. Located just a few blocks from King Street made this home ideal for a quick trip down town, Just to be fully transparent, the home is located in a neighborhood that has some beautiful houses as well as ones that are in terrible condition with some even being boarded up. This seems to be an area going through the revitalization process. The homes in our immediate vacinity were well cared for. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home to stay in for our time in Charleston. It was immaculate and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Stay Duvet was very responsive every time we had a question and they were very helpful when we were seeking recommendations for the area. Please don’t let the comment about the area detour you from this property… I just wanted to make sure you are aware. There were always people out on a jog or walking their dogs and we always felt safe. Also, the local Food Lion was only blocks away making it very convenient for anything we needed. So, go ahead and book this beautiful home… you won’t be disappointed.
