Clean , and great spot on the beach, staff was great and kept things safe. Could use some updating like shower and change carpet maybe bigger tv . But it was still nice . Would stay again if up dated.

Great view and location. Toilets are very short and hard on these old ladies knees. Surprised there was carpet in lr and bedroom. Bunk beds could use new mattresses, king bed and couch comfortable. Dehumidifier appreciated and needed emptied every other day mid August. Plenty towels, etc. nice to have bobs so close and smoking areas available.

Very nice had construction but were very considerate of noise in morning one pool was closed and one hot tub not working very well safe place and very on top of things would stay again very relaxing with no problems at all not rowdy everybody was friendly

We had a very nice stay. The condo was comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach. The Summit seems to be super focused on guest and property safety. It is under renovation now so some of the property is blocked off.
