The house was absolutely great! It was clean and had plenty of space for my family. The hosts communicated every detail regarding our stay which helped make this a seamless process. If we are ever in the area again I will be sure to book with them again.

Very close to the things we were interested in

The house was beautiful and the layout was great for the four of us. I thought that the floor plan was absolutely wonderful as the bedrooms gave each of us privacy and having the kitchen and living rooms in the middle of the house was ideal. We had no problems and felt that had we had a problem, they would have been addressed immediately. The patio and swimming pool were great and wonderful for relaxing. This is a great place to stay.

Matt is awesome

This is a wonderful little place that I highly recommend. Matt, the property manager is so awesome! We had a small problem and he took care of it and was very receptive to our needs. We also enjoyed chatting with him and sharing experiences. I highly recommend this place and Matt!

Happy you feel you would return to the home, Jerome, but I am really surprised by your comments in the review, especially as you mentioned no concerns to us when we spoke during your stay. The furniture in the home is up-to-date, high quality and is in great condition, and is as per the photos when you booked the home - save for some updates like new bar stools, new wall art - as we do update items regularly! Our furnishings may not be to your taste, but that is entirely down to your personal preference and is no reflection on the home or furniture which is in perfect order. From the 65 reviews we have for this home, no one has ever had an issue with the furnishings or beds, and beds are entirely personal to your preference for firm, soft etc. The beds in the home are in great order. We take great pride in maintaining the home and furnishings so we do not want your comments to unfairly reflect on our home or the great vacation you said you had with us simply because the decor was not to your taste.

Nydelig hus, i rolig nabolag.

Vi hadde et meget trivelig opphold i huset. Huset hadde god str. vi var en familie på fem. Likte godt at det var godt med sitteplasser både ute og inne. Anbefaler dette huset. Leiger det gjerne igjen om vi er i området.

Excellent experience, highly recommend!

We stay at this home for the month of March 2022 and had a wonderful experience. The rental management company especially Matthew was excellent to handle any minor issues immediately. The house met all our needs and was furnished very nicely and we definitely felt at home the whole time . The pool area was nice and spacious and very clean . The house was also clean when we arrived with plenty of linens and towels . I am a picky person and we were very comfortable. Would recommend for long term or short term . Hated to leave ! Jacqualine

Relaxing

We had a very relaxing two weeks at the villa with our two friends who travelled down from Canada. The villa was very clean and tidy and there was everything in there that we needed. We met Matthew a couple of times who was very helpful with a couple of questions we had. The pool was excellent and very well maintained. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends / family.
