Parking is available in the building for $35 per day (subject to change), with a maximum vehicle height of 6 ft, and laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 3rd floor. Your dream Hawaiian vacation starts here!

Important Note: Elevator Upgrade
From July 14, 2025, to July 2026, Pacific Monarch will be upgrading its elevators. Two will remain in service while one is out at a time. Please expect longer wait times, especially during check-in and check-out. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. We appreciate your patience during this improvement project.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.
