The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Replace the hot tub cover and securely latch all four sides. • Unplug the sauna, and make sure to close and lock the shed!
• Start a batch of towels with bath robes in the washer (no sheets or duvets, cleaners will wash them) •Load and start the dishwasher.
•Take out the trash to prevent odors and secure the latches on the trash can. Keep all food indoors to avoid attracting wildlife.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties of more than 4 guests will incur a $50 per night extra charge per additional guest.
Early Check-In Policy 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: No charge 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM: $15 per hour 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: $45 per hour Before 9:00 AM: Full nightly rate

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely mountain retreat, and appreciated excellent communication with the host. We loved the cabin decor, with stunning views from the deck. We took advantage of the hot tub, sauna & gas firepit. Everything was perfect, we were even welcomed by a family of deer on our first evening! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. Very clean, cozy cabin with nice hot tub and sauna. Our first night we were unable to stay due to weather and not having a 4x4. We did make it the next morning in our awd. Amazing host, very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING!!

The host was very caring and thoughtful of our stay here, communication was on point, he even made sure that our first night in the home was to our liking. Appreciated that the home was warm when we've arrived. They even surprised us with a graduation gift for our daughter. This was a lovely home to stay in, easy to find especially in the dark, very quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating especially on our last day. We left the home a little earlier then our check out time, went half way down the road and had to come back to the house as there was a semi truck blocking the entire road to get out. Took almost 2hrs to clear but at least we were warm and comfortable in the home. We really appreciated it. If we're back in Colorado again, we will for sure stay here again. Thanks again Nadir Maaiah!!
