Kamaole Beach Royale #312 is a beautiful, spacious unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This unit is air-conditioned in the living room and has ceiling fans in the three bedrooms. The unit provides complimentary wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom has a sofa bed double. The two bathrooms are both equipped with showers so you can rinse off after a trip to the ocean. The living room features a large cable television. The spacious lanai gives you lots of room to enjoy the view as you are cooled by the soothing trade winds. Kamaole Beach Royale #312 also provides beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and a cooler for your outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the centre of the action! Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Our workers enjoyed their stay. It was close to the job site and lots of food options. The unit is pretty dated as far as aesthetics go, but it was very clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The unit was true to the description. It was clean, supplied with everything needed. There are several places nearby serving good food, coffee, gelato. Also a nice massage place. The view from the spacious balcony was marvelous. There is a rooftop area where one could grill or just enjoy the sunset. Matt from the rent management company was extremely helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended property.

Fantastic location on Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Kamaole Beach Royale and had a lovely stay. The condo was clean, bright, welcoming with a nice view of the ocean. We had six guests in total, but the two back bedrooms got warm at night with air conditioning in the bedrooms. We wish that the third bedroom had Ana ctual bed instead of a pullout couch, but it sufficed. This condo is close to so many shops and restaurants, many in walking distance. The best part was the quick accessibility to the glorious beach!
