a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
a. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.

Nice condo, had everything we needed, clean, nice complex with a pool, a tennis court, grills, covered community area, even a bookshelf to borrow books from. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella. Excellent communication with landlords. Two things to note:- It has two bathrooms, not 2.5- There is ocean shore within a walking distance (about 10 min walk), but it’s not really a beach. Strong waves and lots of driftwood on the shore; there were almost no people other than a couple of guys who seemed to be locals and liking it rough. To get to a nice beach, you have to drive. Wasn’t a problem for us, just an FYI for those who might be looking for something on the beach.

We loved our stay here at Koa! Everything was perfect. They had coolers and snorkels and the kids enjoyed all of that! We cousins if asked for a better place to stay in Maui!!!

We had a good overall stay in Kīhei and would recommend this condo, with a few things to keep in mind.The owners were very responsive and helpful. When issues came up, they handled them quickly. The freezer door would not shut when we arrived but was fixed within 24 hours. During that repair, the fridge water dispenser stopped working and was fixed within another day. Communication was excellent.The condo was clean and in generally good condition, with some minor wear and pre existing damage.Sleeping arrangements are tight. The listing says it sleeps 10, but that feels crowded. There are 4 bunk beds, 1 queen, and 1 king in an open loft with limited privacy. I recommend no more than 8 people, especially with only 2 bathrooms.The beach gear was not as advertised, but the owners provided a small refund so we could purchase what we needed.The condo itself was the highlight. Shared facilities need improvement. The foosball table was damaged, tennis courts were worn, and common area lights and fans did not work. The pool area was the biggest downside. The hot tub is small, jets were not working, and there was no lighting at night.The grills were clean and the grounds were well maintained.

Nice stay in Kihei

This was a nice place for 10 of us to gather for a week on Maui. We did spend days driving, doing day trips to see other areas and towns. The kids always liked coming “home” to the pool.

Perfect for family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Close to all the things we had planned. Short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool as well as the adults! Would definitely stay here again!! (Pullout bed could use some fixing but everything else was great😋)

Great family resort in Kihei

Our family group with two young children had a super time with all the condo offered including the pool and appreciated the sand toys, boards, chairs and umbrella for our beach times. Very central location to explore the major attractions on Maui such as the crater and beaches. Lots of grocery stores nearby too.
