Wonderful home for my family to have our annual trip in Santa Rosa beach! Loved the home’s proximity to one of the pools and access to the private beach. Especially during a busy Father’s Day weekend. Will definitely be returning and cannot wait!

We really enjoyed the ease of this 30A townhome. We could easily walk to the beach and several excellent restaurants. Pool was steps away. Home was very clean and well-appointed. Really loved the little touches Funvacay offered like gift boxes of toiletries. That was was a nice touch.

Great Stay on 30A

We loved the property. The townhouse was exactly as described. Clean! The kitchen was well stocked, it even came with an outdoor grill. Beds were comfortable. FunVacay was awesome to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great location, great service would definitely return

Very nice property with a very short walk to the beach. The location is actually very good. It’s set in a small plaza style community but on a private spot with direct link to the pool. The cool thing was we could drive across the community (a few blocks) and park right at the ocean access point and still be on private community parking! Nice. The property itself was very spacious with two bedrooms upstairs and third bedroom (with bunk bed options) on the main floor. Plenty of kitchen and dining room style area. We really liked the open patio access on both levels - with tree cover to keep out the heat but still enjoy the air! The plaza and area had good food options and fresh catch restaurants near by. And the beach was great! Beautiful water and location! Def not over crowded! We went June 16-19

Family beach trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was exactly as listed and it was clean and very spacious. We loved being able to walk out our back door straight to the pool and that’s especially helpful when you have babies. We do wish the pool closest to us had a hot tub though as we love having a hot tub but it was a little bit of a walk to get to one of the other two pools with the hot tubs. We do love the gulf place area and it’s so easy to walk to shops and restaurants and it never really felt crowded while we were there. Also the beach access wasn’t as bad of a walk as I thought it was going to be so that was nice and it was nice having multiple beach accesses. It is very hard with a family to go without a beach cart and the townhouse didn’t have one so we did have to go buy that so that is something I would say would be nice if it’s provided especially being farther from the beach access. Also the WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there and the service is really bad so streaming from our own devices also wasn’t working. It did seem to get fixed the last night we were there and it was out in the other townhomes also so it wasn’t just us. Overall we had an incredible stay and will definitely stay here again!
