Comfortable but older beach Nice but older beach stay

This was a nice place to stay and based on what we paid I was pleasantly surprised. It does have a few cosmetic issues like a few boken tiles and peeling counter cover but nothing serious. The view of the beach is from a bedroom window with a nice round table to sit at. As I had an injured knee and was traveling with elderly family I was really sad the pool was under repair and not able to be used at the time.The owner did advise us ahead of time though. Be aware the attached beach is not a swim beach but Luquillo beach is only 5 minutes away and is highly recommended. The building and neighborhood is older but we had no issues and people were very friendly. The church was within walking distance and are very welcoming. The only issue of concern was there was only one key that was needed to get in every door/gate. It made it a little hard when parking and dropping of my elderly family so they didnt have to climb so many stairs. The host responds very fast and was very helpful when I reached out to him. Overall I would recommend this location .
