A beautifully decorated house with original artwork, wooden floors, Verizon 5G Internet, two living rooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, Roko TVs, and outdoor seating. There is an indoor pool; because it is heated by solar, it is most comfortable between May and October. At other times, it's a bit cold to swim in (for most people).

This is in a peaceful location--next to pecan orchards--situated on two acres three miles from the Mesilla Plaza. There is ample room inside and out to explore, and there is even an art studio/gallery on the property. Since it is in a semi-rural location, wildlife is abundant, typically to include quail, rabbits, roadrunners, and fox. You’ll have starry skies by night, and by day, restaurants and shops are a 10-minute drive away.

There is a home office, with desk, amenities, separate bathroom, and loveseat.

The car-free biking/walking path along the Rio Grande is less than a mile away. The home is about comfort and relaxation. There are two bedrooms and an office (with a pull-out couch), making it suitable for 1-5 people. Most of the property is gated and house-trained dogs are welcome.

Your stay includes all common amenities and there is ample storage for the items you bring with you. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. In the winter, there is central heating and two pellet stoves. For the warmer months, there is central air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove/oven/heating oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is bar seating for 4. There is a separate dining room, which seats six. There are two living rooms, one with a TV. There is a casita on the property (which sleeps 1-2 people) that can be rented separately.
