Easily accessible location with tons of restaurants and shops near by. Parking is a little challenging, and I wouldn't suggest you use this for 4 adults. The pullout couch provided is suitable for one adult, or 2 smaill children.
Almost everything I would complain about are completely out of the host’s control. The place itself was fine. It’s fairly new and clean. But, the area and location aren’t great. The hallway smelled like weed, the parking spaces are really small, and the other tenants aren’t very good at staying in their assigned space.

Thank you Chris for your review. I have been thinking about the definition of each travel website’s rating about Location. It’s surely a misperception how these sites use Location as a ranking indicator which will be used to determine a total score of an establishment. When people make a travel plan, they first choose a hotel near their planned destination stops, they see a sleep place which is newly built and close to where they want to be, so they make a booking. Only to find out after arrival, that the place is in an old neighborhood that is being built from ground up. Therefore, they rate it as bad location. But their initial goal was to find a nearby place to sleep. When they rate us, they forgot what their initial goal instead switching it from “close to where I want to be” to “ bad location and surrounding “. I am not blaming you, I merely state how a concept of “ location “ can be replaced from the beginning to the end. Welcome back !
The walls were a bit dirty, so I had to wash them. Saw some crumbs on the furniture the bed had stuff on the sheets, not enough, trash bags, trash can was way too small, and no scissors.
