We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secour Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars

The property was very nice. It was a pretty new property, very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, very close to I 64 and I 95. I had a couple of very minor issues the first morning but they were resolved by the host within a very short time.
