This condo comes with a highly desired free parking space in Waikiki and is perfect for a group up to 4. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the leather sofa pulls out into a full queen sized bed. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a door and the bathroom can be access from both the bedroom and the living room. Perfect for families or couples. Also has an assigned parking spot!
This apartment was recently remodeled and is perfect for a family, couple(s), or a group of friends coming to Oahu on vacation. This space includes a rooftop pool, with gym and sauna. Centrally located, in the heart of Waikiki and less than a 10 minutes walk to the beach! Steps away from the newly built International marketplace for all your shopping needs. Grocery stores around the corner and convenience stores right across the street. There is one parking stall available for your car.

*Notice:
Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours.
Our taxes are calculated as follows:
4.712% general Excise tax
10.25% transient accommodations Tax
3% Oahu transient accommodations tax
90/TVU-0074
Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73` and a width of 96`. While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.
*Please do not feed the birds or leave food on the balcony. There will be an additional $100 cleaning surcharge for excessive bird droppings.
*Do not lean back on the dining chairs onto two legs of the dining chair. They are not designed for that.
1. Please ensure to clean off any sand or mud before entering the apartment.
2. If you find any beach equipment in the unit, please clean off as much sand as possible before bringing it back into the condo.
3. Respect your neighbors and ensure you`re dry before leaving the pool areas.
4. Avoid leaving wet clothing on the furniture, as it may cause stains that are difficult to clean.
5. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balconies. The smoke alarms are sensitive and can detect the source of smoke. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas downstairs near the lockbox area. Building staff enforce this rule rigorously and will issue fines to violators, which will be passed on accordingly. If smoking has been detected, by management there may be a $200 fine.
6. Please do not move any furniture during your stay. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original position before checkout to avoid a furniture repositioning surcharge.
