The beach was RIGHT out all the windows. Living room, and both bedrooms all had a view of the ocean. Very comfortable beds as well. The bathrooms were great and we loved having a kitchen and laundry. They only complaint I would have is the simple things such a garbage bags, salt and pepper, dish soap....are not provided. Other than that we absolutely loved it!!!!

Summer 23

Thank you very much for sharing your place with our family. We had lots of fun. We loved location. Apartment is comfortable but little bit tired. There was couple downgrading things that we want to mention. Beds and bedsheets and towels were clean. Dishes especially cooking pans were dirty. Looking at them you can easily guess what prior family had for dinner. There is no plastic beach dishware or towels available. Check out time was easy however we think it would much easier to let people to leave the keys directly in the apartment upon checking out to let vacationers enjoy the beach instead of driving to drop them off. And also the complex should be non smoking. There was family directly above us and young male was smoking cigarettes and throwing flaming ashes down on our balcony.

Condo needs updates

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our last few rentals with Resort Rentals have not been up to the quality standards we had seen in the past. This condo came with stained carpet, worn out furniture, and broken hardware in the bathroom. The unit was not cleaned well, there was long hair found on both bathroom floors when we arrived, the comforter was stained, and the microwave and stove were smeared and spotty. Dishes in the kitchen felt greasy before we used them. Although we are very happy with the location of RR Madeira Beach condos, it may be time to look elsewhere for condos that are updated and well maintained.

Wonderful Stay

So pleased with this property and our stay. The view is phenomenal. The space was tidy and ready for our visit. Plenty of supplies, towels, and sheets/blankets. The only negative I have is that the master bedroom toilet moves around, but that is an easy maintenance fix that does not detract from the overall great time this condo provides.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time coming to Madeira Beach and staying at the Trillium Condo. We were not disappointed. The condo is located right on the beach, which makes it very convenient when setting up chairs and such every day. With only 15 units in the condo, the beach was never overcrowded. Condo unit 4B is very spacious and well equipped. The balcony views of the gulf are exceptional. The beds are very comfortable. The furnishings were in good condition also. There are some stains on the carpet in the living area, but that is our only complaint about the unit. The cleaning staff did a very good job prior to our arrival. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

My family and I had a great stay at the Trillium on Madeira Beach! The condo was very clean and the description was 100% accurate. The beach is perfect and you are only steps away and the view from the balcony is amazing. The location is also a huge plus. John’ Pass is about a mile away and it makes for a great walk on the beach to go there to shop or eat. We had a great week and I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely book again if we come back in the future.

Certain Disappointments

The property itself is really quite nice: great view of beach & Gulf. We enjoyed being there but would like others to be aware of the lack of certain common amenities. The location easy excellent with easy walking or driving distances to many places. Certain things were lacking and disappointing when I compared this property to other properties I have rented in the past through VRBO. I'm not sure if the "deficiencies" are due to oversights by the owners, the condo association or "Resort Rentals" (the property management company). There is a dishwasher but we were only allotted 2 detergent "cubes." There was no dish detergent for washing dishes in the sink; there were no paper towels or paper napkins; no facial tissues in the bathrooms. There were no condiments including no salt and pepper. Although pool and beach are steps away if you want to use either then bring (or buy) your own beach towels. If you want to sit on the beach you need to pay the vendor nearby $25 / day for one. There is a washer and dryer in the unit; if you plan to use it bring (or buy) your own laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable. There were no instructions for using the DVD player; it took a great deal of trial-and-error to figure it out, especially since all the "connecter cords" were in the wrong places. The swivel on at least one of the dining chairs is in danger of breaking. There is much to enjoy about this property but other things that should be kept in mind as to things that will not be found.

Extended Stay - Great Unit/Location

During these crazy times, we decided to book an extended stay at this property and couldn't have been happier. The unit itself was very cozy and spacious and every room had an amazing beach/gulf view. The property was recently updated and the location was walking distance to both John's Pass and a few other local restaurants / stores that we enjoyed. We highly recommend and will be back.
