If the trash bins begin to fill up during your stay, please let us know — since there is no resort-wide dumpster, we’ll be happy to arrange an extra pickup. While we don’t claim to be perfect, we work diligently to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay. This is a large mountain property with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and over 4,500 sq. ft. of living space. Despite regular maintenance and thorough inspections, unexpected issues may occasionally arise. When they do, we strive to respond promptly and effectively. For instance, during this guest’s stay, we replaced the washing machine on the same day and delivered new kitchen utensils within an hour of being notified. Please also keep in mind that, being in the mountains, the area is subject to rain and wind. As a result, outdoor furniture may gather some dust or debris between the time of our scheduled cleanings and guest check-in. We kindly ask all guests to review our listing details carefully and to communicate any concerns as soon as possible during their stay. This allows us the opportunity to address issues promptly and ensure your experience remains a positive one. We take all feedback seriously. Any concerns raised are reviewed against our cleaning documentation and inventory records to maintain transparency and accountability. While we understand normal wear and tear, and do not charge for minor items like plates or cups, significant damage to items such as TVs, couches, or refrigerators may result in charges. We ask that guests treat the cabin with care and respect, as they would their own home. Please report any broken or missing items during your stay so we can address them promptly and ensure the home is fully stocked and prepared for our next guests. Lastly, please note that refund requests made after checkout will not be considered.
