This was our second stay at this property, and once again it was a great experience. The home was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — convenient to everything and made our trip easy and enjoyable.The property management team was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Fantastic location , short walk to beach in residential neighborhood..House was close yet secluded . Hear the bands playing . I thought that was great .

Other than fresh towels/linens, the place was certainly NOT clean. When asked about the cleanliness via the app, I immediately responded with a score of 1. The floor was gritty and using the one swiffer we picked up a pile of hair and dirt. The baseboards were filthy. The couch needs a good cleaning. We chose this particular property for the hot tub and the gated yard. When we arrived, the hot tub looked like a tub of milk and smelled like dead fish. We ask in advance if the hot tub was working and we were told yes. It took three more days to get someone out to dump and service the hot tub.One day, we returned home and the fence gate was left wide open. Of course we let the dog out the back door when I did not see her I realized she had ran the open gate. Luckily she only got to the end of the property before I realized she was gone. Not cool. I reported this issue and never even got as much as a reply other than we will look into it. Another day, the fence was left ajar. Upon arrival - the back sliding door was open? Both garbage cans were full and not on the curb for pickup. No place inside the home to collect recycles. No dish drain - despite the absence of a dishwasher.The cushions on the furniture were moldy the chairs/table out back were rusty and the frame was completely broken on one of the chairs. For a dog friendly home, the back yard had a lot of debris (bottle caps, wrappers, etc) and poop from previous vacationers. Communication was TERRIBLE

Online listing was not accurate. The house was falling apart. Dirty shower curtain, rust. Dead bug in one room. Bed spread not clean. Hot tub and tv both had problems. Couch was old and torn. Grass was long, understand the rain but no one came out later to do. Im not sure of standards for vrbo but this was not it! I feel that we were overcharged for this by altleast 200.

Tall grass, cookware with no potholders or oven mitts. House is in a great location but it neglected. Was told by the neighbor it is being sold, hopefully the next owner does a better job. Found 1 dead and 1 live roach in the house. Cleaners are doing the bare minimum. Not worth the price even though the location is perfect.

Do Not Rent

It was a roof over our heads…that’s about it. House had not been cleaned… floor was filthy and bathroom unclean. Kitchen not well appointed…king bed sat extremely low…about 2ft off floor. No overhead lighting or fans in bedrooms. No blanket or throws in house. Trash can was completely full with no instructions as to trash pickup. Outdoor cushions stained. This property needs a complete overhaul and deep cleaning.

This property management team is horrible

I will not stay at another place that is owned by vacasa again. This was a horrible experience. We encountered an issue with the refrigerator dying the second day there and it was filled with food we just went and bought for the week. There was also an issue with the plumbing. Multiple calls to vacasa and nothing was resolved. No service technician came out even after we had checked out 4 days later. After all the complaining for over a week they said that they would refund me 60. Are you kidding me. The property itself was close to the beach and we enjoyed it, but the overall frustration and poor management and customer service from this company is deplorable

A technician did visit the home and confirmed the fridge was working properly at that time. It's possible the unit was overfilled and needed time to cool, which can sometimes slow down its performance. That said, we recognize this situation disrupted your trip and added unnecessary stress. We did issue additional compensation as a gesture of goodwill, though we understand this may not have felt like enough given your experience. Your feedback has been shared with our team and will be used to improve how we respond to urgent guest needs in the future. We're truly sorry this stay didn’t meet expectations.

Not a good rental

This rental needs an overhaul. House had not been cleaned; floors were dirty and bathroom was dirty. Kitchen not well appointed…very few items. No dishwasher but that was ok. No extra linens; no blanket or throws. Primary bdr has king bed but it sits about 2Ft off the floor. No fans in bedrooms. No overhead lights in either bedroom. This house really needs an overhaul for the money being charged. Vacasa did offer to send over a cleaner but at that point we were moved in and had our dog with us so we declined. Provided a roof over our heads and that was about it. Also, last renter did not put trash can at street and can was full. No info inside the house with instructions. bedrooms.
