Two parking spots.
No smoking or pets. Community pool open April 1st - October 31st.

What a beautiful condo, so cozy and comfortable. I absolutely loved how the place is decorated, spotless and quiet. We highly recommend and definitely would stay again on my next trip to Hilton Head. Location is perfect and can walk to Coligny Beach and plaza.
