Blissful Relaxation best describes this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condominium. Entering the front door reveals an excellent floor plan and a homey atmosphere. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a window overlooking the community playground, and two closets offering ample storage. Then, there’s an awesome and completely restyled ¾-bath with a tiled shower, floors, and all-new cabinets and fixtures. Next; you’ll be delighted by the newly remodeled galley-style kitchen with luxury countertops and all-new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. A breakfast bar with three bar stools also serves as a great pass-through to the living/dining area with a dining table and two chairs, a comfy couch, a flat-screen monitor, and a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to. Outside is a small balcony, where you can take in the sights and sounds of the magnificent wooded mountain area. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a small sitting area and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. There’s also a loft bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space. Finally, there’s a split full bath with a tub/shower combo. **This condo is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They would be well advised to give directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
