Loved the View!

We had a great time visiting our son at Seattle U. The property was close to campus and had plenty of room for us to spread out, cook and enjoy the view.

Everything was great! Property was as advertised, and communications were quick. Check-in and out super easy. We were driving a Suburban and really appreciated that street parking was readily available. There is a park across the street so no parking competition. Would definitely stay again.

Great house and location.We really enjoyed our stay, and the location was so convenient for going to baseball games and exploring Pioneer Square, etc. We were able to get parking spaces in the same block each time. Chris was very responsive to questions. The rooftop view was lovely in the evenings.

This was a very nice VRBO. Everything was clean and was in great condition. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The was quite a few coffee pods for the Keurig which was nice. All the appliance were new. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony and hot tub. The view of downtown is quite nice. It was quite easy to get downtown. It would be a bit of a walk but the streetcar is only a block away so we used that often. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking to come and enjoy Seattle. Our host was very attentive and helpful during our entire stay. The location was amazing, you can easily access any part of downtown within minutes and get to either of the sports complexs in 10 mins or less. We stayed the weekend for a Seahawks game after being unable to stay at the hotel we originally booked. We are so happy we did, from the extra space and comfortable rooms to the hot tub that was right on temp and gave us views of the ciry as we relaxed after a day out. I cant thank our host enough and highly recommend this spot and would gladly stay here again in the future!
