Just steps from the beach, this remodeled condo combines style and value with a modern kitchen, open living concept, and rooftop balcony showcasing stunning coastal views. Two king rooms and a queen sofa bed provide comfort for everyone. Enjoy the year-round heated pool, complimentary beach gear, and digital parking pass for one vehicle. Enjoy this fantastic location walking distance to many things! Enjoy a seamless stay with clear pricing, easy check-in, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
You enter the condo into an open concept living with dining and kitchen combined. The latest in sofa bed styling that easily opens to a Queen bed. The kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked for cooking your vacation meals. There is a King bedroom and Master King Suite that opens to the rooftop deck. A full bath with tub and shower.
There is a roof-top patio for you to enjoy. *The pictures of the patio are not updated and the planters shown have been removed.*
Beach essentials include beach towels, chairs, umbrella and buggy. There is also a Laundry facility on the property.
Please note* - This is a 3rd floor condo and the complex does not have elevators. You must be able to walk flights of stairs.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events
- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
