Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, except for the owner's closets and storage areas, which are locked.

To be considerate to neighbors, we allow only 4 cars to be parked at any given time and only one car can be parked on the street in front of the house and two cars in the drive-way, 4th car needs to be parked on the adjacent street, details will be sent in email, with picture of parking space, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if there are more than 4 cars on the property.

We also have quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation , without a refund, to avoid any disturbance to neighbors beyond 10 PM.


Pet Policy:

Pets allowed only with prior written approval. Guests assume full responsibility for their pets and agree to indemnify and hold the Host harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages (including dog bites) caused by their pet to neighbors, visitors, or property.

Pets are required to be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Unleashed pets are not permitted and may result in removal of the pet and/or termination of the stay.

As the property manager, myself or a member of our team will be available during your stay if you need anything at all.

This was a nice clean home with everything we needed for our stay. A good amount of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for our large group. Our younger part of the group enjoyed the tv downstairs, and us football watchers enjoyed the tv outside in the covered patio. Would totally stay there again.

From the communication to the description of the home it was all perfect. There were 7 of us and we each had our own comfy bed. My daughter said her bed was the most comfortable she’s ever slept on during travel!The media room was spacious and comfy, had a nice long couch an a big bean bag so we all were able to hang and play games and watch movies. It was a great weekend. Thanks!

This was the perfect place for our family reunion - gathering family of all ages from across the country for 5 days! Kids (young & old!) LOVED the "movie theater room" and books/puzzles/toys along with other comfortable spaces to eat, visit and enjoy each other's company. The location allowed us to take advantage of the nearby air museum, local zoo, parks, grocery store/restaurants/ice cream shops just a few minutes away and also take the metro into DC to tour the National Mall and historic sites. Host was friendly and very responsive to any questions! Plenty of bathrooms, hot water, and very comfy beds for everyone! Just a note (for anyone with accessibility concerns) that there is a beautiful small bathroom/sink on the main floor but all full bathrooms with shower/bathtub facilities are in the basement or upper level. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Best place to Stay in Fairfax

Location - Its is conveniently located at the prime location , alll restaurants, wholesale clubs and stores you need are available within 5 to 10 min radius , same applies to public transport. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet.Property- It was handed over to us in very cleanly way , There were 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom with home theatre below and it was very comfortable and cozy. Hospitality - Property manager was very responsive, kudos to Tarang !! He helped me out in every possible way.

Graduation house

We rented the place for a family members graduation nearby and had a great time. Everything worked in the house and our group had plenty of space. Our two dogs came with us and they really enjoyed the backyard. The backyard patio area was very cool but unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes and pollen out. We also had some ants inside but the property manager came by very quickly and used a natural spray. We didn't see any ants after that. If we're ever back in the area we'd absolutely stay again!

Okay Stay

Place was clean and there was plenty of open space, outdoor area was also very nice and well kept.When we arrived there was a letter from the city/state citing codes the property was in violation of. The letter arrived the day before our stay.Also, there were several windows that either didn't have any blinds or curtains or what was there was broken which was unsettling as the properties surrounding are close and could easily see in (bathrooms and bedrooms). Specifically the "master" bathroom, the window had nothing and had direct line of site into the shower at night with the lights on in the bathroom.We also had an "ant" issue. They were all over the kitchen on the day we arrived, we had a toss a lot of our food we brought because they got inside containers that were not even opened yet. The weather is getting warmer but recommend having someone come in and spray.
