The property was as described but more of a typical home in a residential area than a luxury home - totally fine for our needs. Lots of fun things for the kids to do and plenty of space for our family. We appreciated the quick response to mow the lawn but declined to have housekeeping return to get the “frat house” linen closet someone else wrote about straightened up. It’s clear that the owner has invested in improving the home and is very pleased to make your stay a good experience. The coffee bar area is a sweet touch. It’s a lovely home.
Hot Tub was off and low on water upon check in. Could not use first day/night of stay. Holes in outdoor screen not repaired. Wet towels in dryer upon arrival. Dining room table not balanced properly. The house and property is nice overall but could use a little TLC for the price offered since billing as “luxury”
My family and I were very comfortable. It was great having 2 living spaces, because we had a five month old and we never heard her cry. My grandkids loved all the games and it kept them busy on a rainy day. The house was centrally located so it was only a few minutes to anything. Our host was amazing, any questions I had he immediately responded. We forgot a thermos mug and he found it and mailed it off to us at no charge. Top A service.
We probably should have sorted out the details for how to get inside earlier, but once we made it in the house was perfect. Everything was just as shown in the listing and the host was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Great house, lots of space on the inside. Was freezing when we got there but warmed up by night. Communication from the host was inadequate, often 10 hours after a message. Had to call a few times to get the code for check in.

Thank you so much for booking with us. This was a one-time situation where our cleaner took a little longer than usual to finish. We always do our best to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned and washed, even if it takes extra time.
We truly appreciate your stay and look forward to hosting you again in the future.
The inside of the property is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are updated. The house just lacks the necessities. The kitchen is not stocked at all; very few cups, plates, pans, and coffee cups. The listing boast about the grill and game room, but there were no grill utensils and the basketball game was broken. We looked in the linen closet for hand towels, extra blankets, and bath towels and the closet looked like a college frat house. Towels and extra sheets were just thrown in there, we were not sure if the linens were clean or dirty so we did not feel comfortable using them. The host was quick to answer questions but did not provide the correct Wi-Fi password and took about a day to reply with the correct password. The back porch could use some repair, would not recommend children on the porch.
