STARDUST VILLA is our family vacation home in the private, gated community called The Plantation. Our home receives lots of natural sunlight throughout all rooms of the house. You will enjoy sweeping gulf views from every room as well as a private pool and new deck area in front of ourhome. This 1st tier property is a (3) bed, (3+) bath, 2200 square foot home on the bike path and is an easy walk to the clubhouse. We are only steps from the beach with easy boardwalk access! Our property is situated on a large, private, sunny lot surrounded with more than 15 palm trees, oak trees, and natural vegetation. We provide Tommy Bahama backpack/reclining beach chairs and umbrellas, a high end aluminum beach/fishing cart, bikes, beach towels, beach bags, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, RTIC coolers, and an antique chest full of more than 20 toys, games, puzzles etc for a rainy day. There is also a upstairs bookcase of over 200+ books for all ages.

Our home has stainless-steel updated appliances, two sets of Samsung steam washers and dryers, leather couch, and Pottery Barn / West Elm furniture. You will love the easy-care tile floors throughout the home and the new hardwood flooring upstairs. Stardust Villa offers sweeping Gulf views from every room of the house. Our home can accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen is a cook's kitchen stocked with a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart toaster oven and toaster, Ninja blender, Crockpot, hand mixer, Viking cookware, pottery serveware, a wide assortment of barware, glassware, Orca tumblers, (2) complete sets of dishes, high-end knives, etc. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from the kitchen as you cook! The dining room table comfortably seats (8) and there is additional kitchen counter bar seating.

The house has (3) bedrooms, each with ensuite bath:

* 1st floor bedroom with KING bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, outdoor deck

* 1st floor bedroom with (2) TWIN beds, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, outdoor deck
(NOTE: TWIN BEDS CAN CONVERT TO A KING WITH ADVANCE NOTICE)

* 2nd floor bedroom with (2) QUEEN beds, ensuite bath

-All bathrooms have hair dryers and tub/shower combinations.
-A portable crib is available (fits perfectly in the large walk-in closets).
-A 4th outdoor/ enclosed shower is beneath our home for showering after a sandy day at the beach or pool.

Our private pool can be heated upon request (additional charge). In the pool area there are (10) Polywood lounge chairs, pool umbrellas, and a gathering table. Additional polywood dining table and 4 chairs are on the mid-level deck overlooking pool and 6 polywood chairs /tables are on two upper decks.

Beneath the house there is a Weber Performer charcoal grill, an outdoor fish cleaning table, and more comfortable patio seating.

We also provide (4) LCD TVs with ROKU devices and HULU Live streaming service (use ROKU to access your own streaming services), a DVD player, stereo, IPOD docks, high speed wireless internet access.

In the spacious separate laundry room you will find tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, beach bags, RTIC coolers, toys, bike tools/pump, assorted bike helmets, iron/drying rack/ironing board, etc.

We are on a barrier island and in the event of a power outage there is emergency lighting in the kitchen as well as flashlights, candles, medical kit, etc.

Three separate HVAC units provide zoned heating and cooling to our home. We have a water softener / soft water for bathing & cooking.

As our guests, you have access to The Plantation's (2) large community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, workout room, bike paths, Clubhouse, bayside kayak launch, etc.
