Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the furniture and carpet. It was “clean” but looked and felt very used. It also wasn’t super clear in the listing that the additional bed in the common area was an air mattress. However, all in all the place was sufficient for what we needed. The ocean view is always a nice perk! Access to the beach was easy and nice!

Lovely oceanfront property. Perfect home for a couple or small family. Clean, good kitchen appliances, nice deck. Wonderful location between Cannon Beach and Manzanita. Quiet and away from the crowds. It’s a favorite rental for us.

This home provided a very comfortable stay. Every room was very clean, probably the cleanest we've ever experienced. The kitchen was probably the most well stocked kitchen of any home. It was great to have a nice coffee maker, coffee grinder, 4 slot toaster & blender. We really appreciated the amount of silverware, dishes, utensils, bowls, serving dishes, storage containers, a new. clean sponge, liquid soap, liquid dish detergent, DW pods, salt, pepper, spices, napkins, paper towels, foil, baggies & parchment paper of all things! The beach/ocean views are unbelievable and we loved having the beach path right next door. We were glad we were staying in Arch Cape which was quiet and did not mind the short drives to Cannon Beach, Seaside and Manzanita for restaurants and shopping. I did have to message the host to inquire about a gas grill because I didn't recall seeing it in a photo and the host responded very quickly that yes, there was a gas grill, a very nice one I might add. The only suggestion I have for the host and/or the owner is to consider replacing the carpeted areas with some type of tile or laminate flooring. I think this is a better surface for when it rains. We did our best with removing our shoes so as not to track in any wetness or dirt, as we were concerned about keeping the carpets clean. Lastly, the welcome gift of the Cannon Beach shopping bag & 2 coffee mugs was an unexpected and lovely surprise. Thank you!
