This private golf community is close to beaches, Sanibel & Captiva islands, downtown Ft Myers for shopping and night life. Our condo is available for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember. 30 day minimum stay required by HCC. Rental application and fee required to HCC for approval. We will help expedite this for our renters.
