The overall experience was wonderful! Beautiful view of the Bay. The only thing would to make sure the property is ready before guest arrive, the room was not cleaned properly. You could tell they used the same rag to clean which streaks also the water pressure in the shower could be better as well as the hot water coming out

We just came home from a long week at The Surf House. The pictures are really accurate. You’re right on the beach. The Studio feels like it’s bigger than a studio. It’s decorated very nicely and convenient to restaurants.We had our two small dogs with us and they enjoyed their time too.

Host was very responsive. Apartment opens right onto the sand with beautiful views of thr bay and battleship. The unit is basically an efficiency apartment but it's really well set up & thoughtfully stocked. Finding the actual unit was a little tricky - you park at a Quality Inn and kind cut through the motel to the beach. But other than that the entire experience was charming.

It was feet from the beach. The deck was nice. We loved having the view of the Lexington. We went specifically to go to the aquarium and to see the Lexington. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to the Lexington and maybe a 10 minute walk to the aquarium. We loved the vibe and the food at Pier 99 which was between the Lexington and the aquarium. The food at Blackbeards was delicious. We also walked to Blackbeards from the room. We were also within walking distance to a couple of gift shops. The room was clean and the AC was amazing after being in the sun all day. It was nice to have a king size bed. It was very comfortable. The beach gets really busy. The parking lot and the walk to the room looks really scretchy but we didn’t have any problems. We would definitely go again.

Room was great, host was responsive, view as amazing. Jellyfish were all over in the water and on the beach so no swimming even at whitecap it was that way come to find out they were venomous (not the hosts fault). Parking was odd as it is the quality inn parking lot which is very run down and nasty looking. TV is in a bad location cant watch it while in bed. Lock was very finicky, not much to do in the area and fajitaville was over priced and food was not very good DO NOT go there. Didn't notice till the last day there were roaches and we had some in our luggage.
