Watch the boats come and go into John's Pass and listen to the waves from the balcony and master suite. Large updated granite kitchen. Baths also have been updated with new cabinetry & granite. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home that has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.
