Lovely riverfront and spacious condominium (approx 1300 sq ft) built in 2006 with with incredible river views and easy beach access; about 5 min walk to beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD player, comfortable seating and entrance to balcony overlooking the Necanicum River. Outdoor chairs provided. Master bedroom has a King bed with VIEWS as well plus cable TV and free wireless internet. Master bath has granite counters and shower/tub combo with granite surround as well. The kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, and dishwasher. Second bedroom has another Queen bed and full bathroom is just off the bedroom access as well. Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Gated parking for 2 cars only, no smoking or pets. YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT
Per HOA and Insurance guidelines propane or charcoal grills are no longer allowed at this facility.

It was our home away from home with everything we needed. And there was so much more to make our stay perfect - property is right on the river, beach access only about 3 blocks away, quiet, serene, and safe. Property manager is professional & quick to respond.

Beautiful and quiet

This place is within a 10 minute walk to Broadway. It is far enough away though that it is quiet and peaceful. It is so clean and so cozy. One of the best places we ever stayed.

Seaside escape

Great location, a short walk to activities in the heart of Seaside, but removed enough to have some quiet time. We enjoyed it as a central location for day trips to Cannon beach, Astoria etc. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, except for the pullout daybed.

Nice and spacious

My family had a great time staying in a very clean, spacious place, it has everything you need to make your stay pleasan. Even though you can’t see the ocean but the river has one of the gorgeous views. The place is bigger then the pictures. We will definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay! Beds were comfy....couch bed was a couch bed....it is a newer one so more comfy than older ones my kids have slept on. Overall felt very clean...i wasnt too confident in the sheets being super clean...but perhaps they were just well worn. Kitchen was pretty well stocked dish wise. Wish they had an ice cream scoop and some plastic wrap. But overall great! I loved how uncluttered the decor was.

Lovely, clean condo in great location

We love staying a little outside of downtown in Seaside. The beach is just about three blocks away so an easy walk, or there is a parking lot right there if you have limited mobility. They have added a kind of carpet/path by that parking lot which makes it much easier to walk through the dunes, which I really appreciated for my niece with limited mobility. The beach on this end of town is much quieter than if you stay right in downtown. I love the bike shop right on the corner; you can rent bikes for low tide which is great for the kids. I believe the cost is cheaper than the bike shop downtown and I like the owner. The condo was really clean, comfortable beds, great showers, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the river. I would absolutely stay here again.

Spring break getaway

The condo was nice. Loved the balcony. Beds a tad soft for us. Well furnished. A lot of buffering when streaming shows. Great parking & 15 min walk to the center of town. The bumper cars were fun and the arcade a hoot. Aquarium is small, only $5/person, good for rainy days. Restaurants: Finns was good and had a nice outdoor seating area with table fireplaces. The fish tacos were wonderful and the ginger rice was very tasty. The crab cakes and the calamari were fair. I also thought the tuna Poke was good, fresh tasting. Mo's was overall a 2. The views are great but food, not so much. The chowder was disappointing, little flavor on the food. Blackened shrimp skewers were good.

Great getaway weekend

We had an impromptu weekend at the beach and it was the perfect place to be! Walking distance to beach and town. Excellent living space and place to enjoy time with family.

The fireplace was perfect after 2 days in the rain!! We noticed you didn't have any coasters though so we bought some that are beach themed for your condo as a thank you! Everything was clean, comfy beds!

The home was beautiful just a little outdated with its decor. The master bedroom bed needs some serious upgrade as it was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. The AC also needs to be upgraded. The great thing about this property was the ease of checking in and out.

Great Condo Close to the Beach

Exceeded expectations!!! If you bring food and clothes everything else was provided including gas grill. Condo in good condition with beautiful kitchen. Lovely view, close to downtown and outlet stores a few blocks away. Would love to stay again next year.
