Two queen bedrooms plus one bedroom with a Queen bed, and bunk twin beds, for a maximum of 8 people. Open living and dining room area with cable TV DVD player. Smart TV so you can login using your own account for NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave. Main bath has a tub/shower combo, 2nd bathroom has shower, commode and sink plus stack washer/dryer. Fabulous location for family get together plus other rentals close by such as 435 4th right next door and the Riverwalk Condominiums. Parking for 3 cars maximum. Outdoor furniture available for summer with BBQ. River is just 3 properties east.
