Large luxury 4600' Mt. Shasta Home on Resort Golf Course w/ Breathtaking Views
5 Bedroom, 4.5 bath spacious luxury resort home with amazing views of Mt. Shasta which sleeps 10+, has a wonderful chef's kitchen with view of Mt Shasta, several fire places, two living rooms, Office, hot tub under pergola and a large, high end game room with pool, pingpong, foosball and darts.
There are two heater / AC heat pump units to ensure comfort in any season everywhere in the house.
There is also a high end workout room with a Nordic Track treadmill, Peloton, 3 person Sauna, TV and weights.
There are mulriple decks with large BBQ Island, Outdoor Fireplace, 2 Fire Pits and propane heaters for relaxation and enjoying the views.
The pond with waterfall at the entry invites you in to an amazing home. Located on private cul-de-sac in Siskiyou Lake Highlands. The Mt. Shasta Resort golf course and restaurant/bar is a 2 minute walk from the back yard.
The home has gorgeous views of Mt. Shasta and the Eddys and is a 5 minute drive to Lake Siskiyou where there is boating, fishing and a great beach.
Easy access to hiking to waterfalls, world class fishing, skiing, biking, canoe/kayaking with the 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, 5 star restaurant and spa just a few minutes walk away.
There are 4 fireplaces (including a large outdoor fireplace on a new deck, several large screen 4K TV's w/ free Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Max, Hulu, Apple TV and two XBoxes so you can enjoy entertainment after a round of golf, skiing, tennis, boating, hiking, biking or fishing.
There is also a Tesla Universal EV Charger which supports all EVs for maximum convenience.
This place has it all and is a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation or retreat for friends and family.
