A big country home with plenty of room to stretch your legs. Situated on a large forested lot, this is a wonderful place for family fun. Kids will love the playground and exploring the property. You can overlook the yard and playground from the large wrap around deck. Prepare your meals on the gas BBQ. and enjoy with comfortable outdoor dining. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Hot tub Included. Enjoy your morning coffee as the forest comes alive.
Indoors features a big country kitchen well equipped with everything you need to make your signature dish. Open to the vaulted living room with plenty of seating at the bar or table. The comfortable living room has great views to the outside. Three bedrooms & a private studio round out this spacious home. Shasta woodlands is a great home for family gatherings or a ladies retreat. Downtown Mount Shasta, Lake Siskiyou, The Ski Park and more is just a few minuets away. The "Shasta Cottage is a seperate unit but can be rented with the main home.

Hot tub Included in this rental at no additional charge. We clean and preform maintenance regularly on the hot tub and make every effort to ensure this accommodation is available to you. Due to the rough weather conditions of Far Norther California, the electrical grid and appliances connected to them take a beating as well as other issues such a frozen / cracked pipes. This is a remote part of the state with major parts houses and service tecs over a hour away. We understand the hot tub is a primary amenity guest are looking for and due our utmost best to make sure its available when you arrive.
