The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Got dirty dishes? Just pop them in the dishwasher and start it (no judgment if it’s mostly snack plates and coffee mugs—been there).
Used towels and linens? No need to fold them like a fancy hotel, just leave them on the beds.
Trash goes in the exterior bins, and the cleaning crew will handle the rest!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great time at the cabin. The kids had plenty of space to hang out and play. Loved all the electric fireplaces. Great place to spend Thanksgiving with family.
Our experience and stay was absolutely amazing. The place is just how the pictures look. Beautiful views, loved the hot tub and sauna. Great location on Gatlinburg strip. Harold the owner was great at answering anyquestion in a timely manner. He was very attentive to our stay and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back again. If you wanna see bears and stay close to the strip, this is your place to stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Gatlinburg! The highlight for us was definitely the breathtaking overlook, the views from the huge deck were absolutely stunning and made for the perfect place to relax. One of the most exciting parts of our trip was spotting three bears right from the cabin! The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained. We were there for a bachelorette party, so while the bathrooms were on the smaller side and we would have appreciated more mirrors throughout the space, everything was clean and functional. The host was fantastic, very responsive and even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that the hills around the area are extremely steep, which made it a bit difficult (and even a little unsafe) to walk or explore nearby on foot. We would have loved more walkable surroundings, but this is something to keep in mind if you’re hoping to do a lot of hiking right from the cabin.Overall, a memorable and peaceful getaway with unbeatable views and great hospitality!
