An extremely comfortable and well-presented condo at The Phoenix. This great 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium can accommodate up to six guests, and features an open living room with cozy rock-accented gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and plush sofa and armchair. A nice wooden table in the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, with seating for four more people at the kitchen counter. There is also a washer/dryer to add to the convenience of your stay. For summertime comfort, this condominium is outfitted with air-conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms. The added bonus for this condominium is the walk-out patio, an outdoor space that extends on to the communal grassy area. Kick back and relax on the patio furniture and enjoy summertime!

We had a great trip with our family of 4! This unit had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We were able to do laundry, cook dinners in the kitchen, have separate bedrooms and bathrooms from our kids, fireplace, back yard hill for the kids to sled on, small workout area, hot tub close by, small grocer close by, shuttles to anywhere in town, etc. We also were able to get to the ski area in a hop, skip and a jump. All very convenient. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Fun snowy week.

Property is nice. Hot tub and pool are ok. Usually very busy to where we had to come back later. Shuttle service was very disappointing. Waited several times longer than 30 minutes and then had to walk back. Btw I tried to call the front to tell them about the toaster that almost caught fire. Never got a reply. Hopefully they replaced it because it was treacherous.

Fantastatic location near the base of the hill, walking distance to lifts and local shops/stores. Well appointed and comfortable unit with all of the necessities. Was very happy with my decision to stay here and would do so again.

Wonderful condo! Great location!

Loved out stay at The Phoenix! Property was perfect for our family and the patio with grass area was great for our girls! Really wonderful location to the restaurants and base of mountain. Really fun weekend celebrating the 4th!
