RA517 is located at the beautiful Ranch at Steamboat, which is just a short shuttle ride (during ski season) or drive from the base area and provides phenomenal views of the Steamboat Ski Resort and sweeping views of the Yampa Valley. Ranch 517 features 2BD / 2.5BA, sleeping up to 6 people, and offers living spaces on the one level and the bedrooms on the lower level. The interiors boast a western flare with mountain style furniture, décor, and artwork. Each of the bedrooms enjoy flat screen TVs and DVD players, and attached bathrooms that have been nicely updated and feature granite countertops.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley - yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. Our goal is to help make your Steamboat vacation a truly memorable experience by exceeding your expectations in accommodations and service.

The Ranch is always a great stay. The place had adequate supplies and beds were comfy. Only negative was the hot tub was a warm tub, but unit was clean, everything is always easy at The Ranch

Nice stay down on The Ranch

As advertised. Nice clean unit with great views. The complex is a bit on the older side but is in good shape. On demand app for the shuttle to and from the ski area, and downtown, is a great perk. Would stay here again.

Absolutely lovely!

Such a sweet and cozy condo! Perfect location and such a lovely view of the mountain. Very clean and the thermostats were powerful. The wood burning fireplace was a great bonus, however we needed kindling to start a good & proper fire. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean, well equipped condo. Good shuttle service to the ski hill. Everything was as advertised. No surprises. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very close and easy to reserve.

Great condo with nice amenities

The condo is spacious and cozy with a nice kitchen, living room and master bedroom and great views of the mountain. The property (the Ranch at Steamboat) has an on-demand shuttle system that makes going to and from the property really easy. It even drops off at the Torian ski shop which allows you to click into your bindings and ski right down to the lift or gondola. The property has very nice outdoor hot tubs that are covered by an open air roof (several throughout) which are reservation only during COVID. We were easily able to schedule a time and enjoy the tub to ourselves. Inside the condo we loved the fireplace. It's awesome. You'll see.

What an amazing vacation! The condo was great- we couldn’t get enough of the views- so beautiful from every window. The shuttle was easy to use and so convenient- esp with covid, pick up was at the door! We are a family of 6 - condo is super comfy to sleep 4; for 6 we had to use the queen air mat bc no one wanted to sleep upstairs alone on the pull out couch lol. This was one of my favorite vacations ...we will come back, God willing !!

Great stay!! Perfect for covid, so much space, private entrance meant little interaction with those outside our party. All staff wore masks. Shuttle was very convenient, dropping us off and picking us up. Usually about a five minute wait. Kitchen was equipped, bedding was comfortable. 4 of us stayed and had plenty of space. Super clean - I’m fussy and bring my own supplies but place was spotless!

Long weekend summer break

Well kept and very clean. Great view of the mountain from the balcony. Beautiful tennis courts. Too bad the pandemic prevented use of pool and hot tub. Old town Steamboat was fun to visit with great restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo met all our needs and then some. Private shuttle service was great but the best part was the mountain view from every room in the condo, especially at night when the mountain was lit up for night skiing!!! We will be back for sure!!
