About this space
Regal Vista is the premier property on Massanutten, in a gated community, accessible only to other Regal Vista guests. It has it's own community pool and exercise facility. Drive into your private garage and enter your unit from the garage or front door. Everything is on one level, no steps to climb. The kitchen comes complete with all utensils necessary for cooking or enjoy grilling on your patio gas grill. The master bedroom has a large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and large jacuzzi
The space
The Regal Vista is a gated community which has a separate pool pool and exercise facility for Regal Vista guests.
Guest access
You will have access to everything that Massanutten offers. Wonderful indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facilities, golf course, fishing, skiing, tubing and kayaking. Of course some activities are seasonal, but you can always rely on a white Christmas with snow on the slopes !
Other things to note
There is a resort fee payable at check in. It is $14.00 per day. This fee covers use of the public areas such as pools and exercise facilities.

Most other organized activities require an additional charge. I have found them to be reasonable for the value added by the activity. You can find these charges and activities at the Massanutten Resort website "massresorts. com". You may also preplan and reserve most of your events before arriving at the resort.

You must be 21 years of age to reserve and check into the condominium. Massanutten requires that you provide a valid personal Identification and a $100 security “ hold” placed onto a major credit card. This “ hold” will be released upon check out.
