Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Please try to tidy up as best you can before leaving.

Place all used dishes into the dish washer, you can leave the washer off. Our cleaners will come and inspect the dishes and turn on the dish washer.

Do not remove sheets from the bed as our cleaners will take care of this too.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM to respect neighbors. Parties are strictly prohibited. Property is intended for registered guests only.

Park only in the designated area of the driveway. Please do not trespass on the neighbors’ property. Keep activities within the rental boundaries.

Turn off all appliances, including the fireplace, before departing the property. The fireplace must not be left on overnight or unattended
