NEW (June 2025) This luxury 10th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.
*NOTE: Beach Colony West has exterior balcony work scheduled through October 10. This unis is not affected, however rates have been adjusted. No refunds or additional discounts will be applied during this time.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and 1 full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of America in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.

Winter rates are deeply discounted and based on 2 guests. Additional guests will increase the nightly rate by 20% for the duration of the additional guests stay.

Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

Wash and dry beach towels if used (detergent was provided)

Return all tv remote controls to original location and return any settings or input to original settings
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was ideal—just steps from the sand with beautiful views. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and cozy patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very nice but under construction. Repairs were being made to some of the balconies. Very loud jackhammering during the day. The internet service was poor and the tv buffered constantly. The temperature in the condo could not be lower than 70 degrees.
