Everything was great! It was my husband and I and my husband's sister with her husband and two kids (7 and 4 years old). The place was prefect for us, within 5 minutes from downtown St Augustine! Will put this on a favorites for next time we go to St. Augustine will rent again. Thank you to the Host for such an amazing time.

Overall, my trip was wonderful. Upon arriving at the house, it seemed sparse and lacking. It did not feel welcoming. My daughter brought over some items (rugs, pillows, etc.) which immediately perked up the house. The realty manager was very receptive and fast to remedy these things.

Good place to stay near town

I needed a place for my family and our dog to stay near downtown. This home had everything we needed. The fenced backyard was great for the dog and the beds were comfortable. The floors seemed dirty, but otherwise in good condition. When I needed to extend our stay, the owners were very responsive and made the process simple.

We were so comfortable in this house that we decided to stay home very comfortably on Valentine's Day, enjoying a home-delivered dinner watching television, everything was very comfortable and later when we return I hope we can have the opportunity to stay here again. The location is excellent if you want to go to the city center because it is very close to walk.

We found the property to literally be "just right"! It wasn't perfect but the beds were AWESOME! IT was in a beautifully quiet neighborhood and we found the perfect sports bar just down the road from from us (Lamplighter, I think) so we could watch our Chiefs win!! Not far also was the BEST BBQ and that was Mojos!! Your place had a Keureg that was welcomed also! HUGE shout-out to the maintainance dude, Zach, who was an amazing life saver by sending some forgotten items at your place back to us in North Port, Fl!! Give that guy a raise! Great stay experience and we"ll do it again!
