The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave garage opener & one set of keys in the condo, make sure all the garbage is removed, leave any towels and sheets in the laundry room (only strip the beds that you used), run the dishwasher,
When you leave, lock the door and then finally leave the last set of keys downstairs across from apartment #5, the code for the locker door again is #2957. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Safe travels!

Amazing views! Seemed as though we were staying at home by the beach. We had everything we needed. The owner was quickly responded to any concerns. The property is located in a very quiet area while also being near grocery, shopping and even great local cafe! We hope to make this our annual home away from home!

Welcome to Our Coastal Getaway!

Hi there! We’re Licia and Werner, a married couple of over 60 wonderful years, originally from Brazil and long-time residents of upstate New York. Our condo has been a cherished part of our family for many years, and we are only the second owners of this very special place.

This home holds countless memories, from celebrating our 50th anniversary here to hosting joyful family gatherings with our three children and eight grandchildren. Our children now live across the country—in Pennsylvania, Washington State, and California—making the condo a perfect gathering spot for us all.

We love spending time walking on the beach, playing volleyball, tennis, and pickleball, and soaking in the beauty of this incredible area.

The condo has recently been remodeled to include a brand-new kitchen with improved visibility of the breathtaking views from the kitchen, living room, dining room, and master bedroom. It’s the perfect place to relax and feel at home.

As we are new to VRBO, we’d be happy to provide references from previous guests who’ve stayed with us over the years. We welcome stays of a month or longer to ensure our guests truly feel this is their home away from home.
