This charming villa located in Palmetto Dunes is just steps from pool and golf course with a short and shaded 7 minute walk to the beach. It has sleeping space for up to 9 people.

We renovated our villa with tile flooring on the main level, beautiful high-end granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms with subway tile and granite countertops.
The living room has a 60” flat-screen TV with streaming and cable services available. The open concept dining area has seating for six, plus two at breakfast bar. You will love the fully-equipped kitchen which has plenty of cabinet and counter space for cooking. Step outside to a comfortable patio beneath the live oak trees with seating for eight and a gas grill. The bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds and a new TV. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a new TV . A sliding glass door invites you to the balcony with a great view of the beautiful pool area. Both bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms and tub/shower combination has subway tile. The loft area upstairs has a comfortable sleeper chair with a twin mattress. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a queen size sleeper sofa.

The property was perfect for our family of 4! Very clean, great space, quiet and wooded property. We were there in November, so couldn't take advantage of the pool, but the location to it is perfect. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely look to stay here again!!

We loved this villa for our vacation. It was perfect for our large family with 2.5 bathrooms. Loved the outside table, access to the pool and we grilled a few times. Having a washer and dryer was a must. The location was perfect and the beach access was a short walk and quick bike ride away. We visited the other side of the island and this area is just so much less crowded and quieter. We’d definitely stay here again. Anytime I reached out to the owners they were so responsive and we didn’t have any issues. It was clean and a well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful setting. Loved being able to walk out the back patio door to the pool. We could walk or bike to the beach. Loved all the bike trails and being able to bike to Shelter Cove.

The welcome office closed before we arrived leaving us with no welcome packet that included the access code for entry. Family Reunion

Nice location for our family to gather. We rented a total of 4 units in Water Oaks Villas. This unit being by the pool was ideal. There is a nice variety of activities on Hilton Head Island. We enjoyed long days at the beach, golf, day trips to Savannah and Beaufort and hanging out at the pool.
