If you want nothing but stunning views of the ocean this is the spot, it doesn't get any better than this house period! House was nice, cozy and nice layout. Property is amazing, and pretty far from neighbors.

Great views, secluded location

Ideal getaway for a quiet stay. Plenty of room for 4 of us to enjoy the space together or separately. Would stay here again and take more advantage of the hot tub next time!

Relaxing stay with gorgeous view

We stayed after cycling 5 days and really enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful panoramic view. We didn't see any whales but the sound of the surf was enough.

Beautiful stay on the coast

We stayed during an unusually hot couple of days but we really enjoyed the property! We saw some great sunsets and were able to stargaze right from the backyard (we could even see the Milky Way). It was very relaxing and the property was exactly as listed.

Anniversary get-away

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Seal Point. The location is stunning with incredible views from every room. We spent evenings watching the sunset from the perfectly positioned hot tub. We look forward to returning for another visit.

Perfect Ocean Property

This property has everything I want when visiting the ocean. Extraordinary views from every window; ability to sleep hearing the ocean waves; and a private bathroom in both bedrooms. This is a lovely Oceanside home with good kitchen and glass sheltered hot tub. We loved our stay.

Wonderful home and incredible location. I could have gazed out the window at the ocean all day! Great place to disconnect. Hosts are helpful, kind and responsive. Due to a family emergency, we had to leave early. Pat was very understanding and accommodating. I'll definitely be back!!

Had a beautiful stay at this home with one of the best views of the northern coastline we've ever seen. We've vacationed here over a dozen times over the years and this was one of the most enjoyable stays we've had. Also nice that the owner made the garage available for use, as some do not. Made loading groceries or taking off for the daily exploration much easier, especially for my 77 year old mom. A lovely home to enjoy the ocean's splendor in peaceful solitude.

Peaceful getaway

Loved our stay at Seal Point for a long weekend with my husband. Pat was super responsive when I needed help with the dryer, and sent really thorough check in/out info. The location is unmatched - endless views of the ocean. Like most homes on the coast, it’s in need of a little tlc, but if rustic is your vibe, this place is perfect!

Amazing view

This was a family get together to enjoy the beach and do some wine tasting in the Anderson valley. This house was the perfect location close to the valley, convenient for a visit to Mendocino and perfect to enjoy the ocean. We watched whale spouting while making dinner, enjoyed the sounds of the surf while luxuriating in the hot tub and enjoyed sunset while pelicans and osprey flew by. An amazing location.
