Overall, we had a great stay! Super close to a very nice beach and easy walking distance to everything. The place is really clean and the beds are comfy. The kitchen would benefit from a few additional items that are in most other rentals we've stayed in, i.e., oil, spices, foil, cookie sheet....

The property is gorgeous. It is right on the beach. I basically communicated with Kim. There was a problem with the lock and after it was realized that this could not easily be resolved, we were offered a different place with even better views. If we return to vacation at Pismo Beach, we would definitely consider this property.

There was an issue with the check in information, but Kim was efficient with providing the information and continued to be a big help when I needed assistance throughout my stay. The house was clean, spacious and well kept. It was perfect for my family getaway and steps from the beach, which was a plus since we were traveling with young children. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely return.

We LOVE your Condo!!! Everything was clean, the beds are comfy, although we did not do much cooking the kitchen is well equipped. So homey and relaxing and we love being so close to the Beach!!!

This is the ideal location for a Pismo Beach vacation. Right on the beach with everything else you need very close. If relaxation is the goal then this is the place.
